I had two appointments one in wound care and one in the eye clinic, wound care is always fast and efficient and the staff is wonderful. Eye clinic I think gets over booked, I ended up being there from 1, to 3:30 I did have several tests but sat for a long time in between them. The doctor was very kind and thoughtful, she was very good at explaining to me what was going on and seemed to know her job very well. The entire staff was kind and apologetic for my wait and thanked me for being patient
I love working night 3:30 to midnight i start work at the va April 1994 I start working nights October 1997.
Just told that it will take six months to see a provider @American Lake Gold Team. Been averaging 1 new provider every six months.They leave before I can even remember their names. Choice program is no better, it is a big waste of money and time. You have to wait on approvals and deal with billing mix ups. Get it together!
They just called and cancelled another appointment. My husbands health has been in a decline since February and they haven't come up with a reason why. He's been waiting for a pulmary function test since May. And now they refuse to renew his prescriptions without a Drs appointment and can't manage to get him in for an appointment until mid September. The VA is trying to kill my husband.
Great organization--I am proud to be the rep for volunteer services for Women Marines Association! Hope we can offer some assistance in their endeavors!
Been to VA hospitals across the country and this is the best!!! Not at all without it's own problems, but still the best!!!!!
Good decent healthcare for our veterans. As with anything it can and must get better.
Drs and nurses were awesome. I felt heard and cared for. My only complaint is that I was in the ER for over 4 hrs. I did however feel like everything that needed to be checked or explored was.
