Staff was polite willing to assist with my needs. Even so I didn't see a walk in sign, I was able to make two specialty clinic visit. I recommend swing by and get your issues taken care of them.
The only downside is the drive from Marysville. A lot of vets can't afford to live in a big urban area so getting there is a PITA. Once there though I couldn't be happier with the care I get. They do much better than for profit health care at a fraction of the cost. The best argument for single payer health care there is.
Slow and weeks before appointment. I got fucking cancer they waited 5 more weeks to get tests done. May as well die than wait. I got a bullet that is faster

My two doctors are caring, but this hospital needs a lot of work. It is extremely confusing to find your way around, the inside of the building is dirty and needs updating, and the pharmacy... probably the worst part about this hospital. You have to wait an hour just to get your prescriptions put in the system to fill- and then wait another hour for them to be ready? Unacceptable. I had eye surgery and as usual I received excellent care at this facility. I go there for many appointments a year and have always been treated well and with respect. Parking can be a problem even with the new garage as I use a wheelchair and handicapped spaces fill up fast. I wish they still had valet parking for when the garage is full.
