Care at the VA is better than the private sector. Probably because the medical professionals treat you as a patient and aren't worried about over billing for each and every little thing.
I've been trying to get the VA to correct my name (drop a nonexistent Jr) in their system. It says I failed to submit documentation proving my name yet the notice includes a photocopy of TWO different forms of my identification where only one is required. There is no supporting documentation to prove that I ever was a Jr and I can bet it was from a lazy clerical error. These people can't get my name right so it's little wonder I have no faith in anything else they do. 🤬😡🤯 p.s. Don't get me started on the pit of polypharma... read more

They could start with the administrator and tricle down to the guy that sweeps up the parking lot and fire the lot of them and replace them with people who are not just hanging on until they can do nothing at home on a fat pension.
