I hear people talking about how bad they are treated at the VA. I have been going to the Dallas VA for about 16 years and have always been treated great. The personal are always polite to professional at the same time. Nothing bad at all to say about the Dallas VA!
Ive been fortunate not to have a bad time since I've been going here... WONDERFUL!!!
Pleasant, kind and helpful people everywhere! Rode the tram from the main entrance to the building I needed to go to and barely had to wait for it to come back around and pick us up. Sign posted saying no tipping allowed, were her to serve our country�
I have been going to the Dallas VA for many years and I don't recall even one time that I have experienced what I would call a "bad visit", albeit some may be a bit more frustrating than others given the patient load, but overall excellent care.
Visit to our Dallas VA hospital yesterday was measurable in process & quality: Rated 4**** out of 5 by me! Great patient care given, customer service and patient "flow" analysis...this place IS really improving. Thank goodness for Dr. LaSage II Optometery, true meaning of, "called to serve". She's young, energetic and new there & I pray she is never awfully dismayed or her spirit ever broken! I've had best experience! I'm very thankful of the whole place my wife even got to stay at the FisherHouse.
We called inn the morning concerned about a bump on my husbands neck & were worked inn immediately to see his ENT who's been treating him for Head & Neck Cancer which he's been in remission. Now I call that Care! THANK YOU!�
