I'm sick and tired of watching my father deteriorate, he deserves so much more than you have given him. He deserves more than being brushed aside and being treated as a nusissance when he comes in unable to walk. He just stays the night and waits for answers, that never come. Clinic 6 desk is rude, but the Lipid Clinic are awesome. Never understood why they make appointment times. Out of 3 years, I have never been seen at the time I was set up for. But at least I had a seat.
Everything ran smooth from labs to waiting to see the doctor.
Can't complain, I get as good as care here as anyone gets .Service appreciated . Only drawback for me personally is distance from where I reside.
To the two women working in the front office of the sleep lab on the 3rd floor of the Dallas VA Medical Center today, July 5th, 2017 at about 13:30. Dr told me I would have minimum 6 session 1 every Wednesday. 1st visit good 2nd visit when I went to confirm next Wed they were book. I told them no I'm the we'd slot and I was told it was booked. Let see
It had got better service . other than my appointment card saying Not to take diabetes meds and get to the clinic and a big sign says to take it or the procedure would be postponed
My scheduled visit, June 29, 2017, was with the nuclear medicine service on the third floor of the clinical addition. I wasn't aware that my procedure would take all day until I arrived. My appointment was for 730am I was finished about 330pm. Everyone in the department was very friendly & super nice. Unfortunately I do not recall any names.
