Drove for 45 mins to be told that I could not have the test until after another that is scheduled next week is complete. Tests were scheduled well over a week ago, why wasn't it caught and a phone call made to me. Incompetence..........
Took 3 visits to get a cat scan to see why my shoulder is fucked up. Takes even longer to get to see a Dr with in the pass week I spent 8 hours 3 times wasting time in the er
VA employees seem to have a different attitude which is a good thing, wait time was a lot better than usual but parking and getting into the building is a major problem.
The Dallas VA hospital is extremely busy. I only go there for Dermatology clinics and am very satisfied with this clinic in the hospital.
They treat people like cattle. In and out!! My husband laid there in pain almost 2 hours before they gave him something to help.
I had a pretty good experience this time I had a few things to complete and it went smoothly. The first time this has happened to me. It looks like they are working on improving.
