Very nice town hall meeting held for staff using state of the art technology. Leadership provided useful information, provided an opportunity for staff feedback via poling questions, and an open question and answer session. Thank you for your forward thinking and proactive approach.
Always get great care from all departments. No issues at all
It aMAZEs me how many employees don't know where things are in this hospital. I understand this hospital is growing and constantly changing and things so get moved around but how do you think WE feel? At other VA hospital, the kiosks will give you directions to where something is, not here. All you get is a bunch of letters/codes/acronyms and "wrong location". Also, if/when you do find where you are going, it usually says "too early" and/or "see receptionist". I have never once been able to check in correctly at a kiosk. I a... read more
My first visit was much better than expected. I was lucky to have a positive visit. One bad doctor can make a negative situation. I have more visits to go so I remain hopeful that whatever is wrong is being corrected for others to regain faith in this location. I hear there is a new administrator so let's help him make the right decisions for all.
Need people there to understand us vets, not there to get a paycheck!
