The level of care that I got was well above what I was expecting.....
My doctor's English speaking abilities is coming along very well I understood most of what he said..... just kidding he did a very good job and I appreciate all the doctors and nurses who work there, the reason I gave a 4-star rating is because of the Cantinas food, it has not improved but it's still better than my cooking.
My husband has used the VA healthcare system for more than 40 years and yes it has improved in recent years but it still needs improvement. My concern is with my brother, also a veteran. I first got him into the system in Wichita Kansas while he lived with me until we moved back to Texas. I am tired of him getting the run around, he needs his damn gallbladder out, he was scheduled in a regular hospital near where we lived in Kansas because of being so far from Wichita, he didn't have it done because the VA wouldn't approve i... read more
After reading some of the comments, which breaks my heart. I can honestly say I've never had any issues with VA. I've been going to the Dental Clinic since 2005 and the service has been great. My Primary care Dr. Sampson in the Women clinic is awesome.. I've been truly blessed to not have had any problems with VA. Those that are having issues I hope all work out..
