The care i get at the Fort Worth Outpatient clinic is PHENOMENAL!!!☆☆☆☆☆ But seriously, STOP WITH THE POPCORN!!! Folks are fasting for labs, and having issues controlling their nutritional habits and y'all slap them in the face with popcorn as soon as they come in the door.
My first red flag went up when I was has an appt for needle biopsy of both breasts due to my first ever abnormal mammogram and primary doctor wrote a referral for six month window for it (my grandmother died of breast cancer when my mom was 18. It seems like nobody there really cares! I have to go to the VA once a month to pick up medications... And it takes hours to pick up which is ridiculous, having to wait in the pharmacy line with your stupid number to get to a window to turn in your prescriptions just to be told to have a seat and wait for your name to pop up on the TV screen just to get back in line just for them to tell you it's not ready yet and then do that process over and over again. oh and that's if everything's running smoothly, which it almost never ... read more
I cant say anything really bad since i havent been yet but i have sat on the phone waiting on registration for over 3 hours and noone has picked up
Emergency room is a joke. Waiting 4 to 5 hrs to see a doctor is terrible
Everyone is very helpful and they do care about veterans.
Been waiting over an hour past my appointment time and still waiting. Was told I would be next but guess what, they just called another person ahead of me. There are to many folks walking the floors(staff). There needs to be a motion and study done on this place. They could save thousands of dollars.
