It's ok but they could stand improvements Dr's are basically like the ones everywhere else if you got ins.they do just enough to get you by if that, my opinion only!
There is much to be desired, but there is also much to grateful for I was always told newer look a gift horse in the mouth. What I am trying to say is due to the, abundance of veterans in Texas especially in the Dallas area, Jesus Christ is the only one I know who was able to feed 5000 with 2 loaves and 4 fish. I appreciate va north Texas healthcare be it is over crowed too many people not enough doctors not interns but even the interns or over tasked.
I have been going to clinic 11 since 2001, up untill now I have had no complaints. I have to call every month to renew my pain medication hydrocodone 10-325, my Doctor has been out of the country all month. The person answering the phone said she will have the nurse call me.I have been trying since aug. 8th to refill my medicine but the nurse has not called me back. This is aug.22nd What can I do to have it refilled?
The AOD decided to override his bosses decision and have a stage 3 cancer patient arrested for being exactly where the VP told him he would be staying for the rest of his treatment? I severely fucking hope the AOD is arrested for patient malpractice.
I have always had good and positive experiences at the VA hospitals and clinics . Today was no exception. On time and very helpful.
Between the VA Hospital in Puerto Rico and in Dallas, I think I experienced the most professional and helpful group of people ever. From Valet Parking to the Doctors and everyone in between. Exceptional service! Thank you
