My Doctor Najafi at the Dallas location is an exceptional doctor. I have been going to VA medical since 1992 and had many experiences (both good and bad); however, Dr. Najafi patient care and performance far exceeds anything I have ever experienced or expected. She is detailed, efficient, and professional. VA need more like her.
The Doctor's and staff was very nice to my Brother an is taking good care of him.

I've seen first hand a vast improvement since my Retirement in June 1999. With the new administration, and voicing ZERO-tolerance when it comes to treatment of our Veterans, though there are a few here and there (especially veterans themselves) that come across like you are bothering them. These are probably the ones that were substandard solders that feel that they are owed something. As a Retired Army soldier, I WILL NOT accept less than TOP NOTCH, or I WILL and have addressed those that must go!!!
I went yesterday to the emergency room I arrived at 10am and wasn't seen to 12 the doctor ordered chest xrays and i could have understood if it was packed but it wasn't finally the doctor came back and asked have I been to xray my reply no sir basically the nurses and aids was huddle up in a room talking and bullshitting I know this is very unacceptable behavior I stayed there from 10 to12 to be seen and from 2 to 3 to get xrays never again.
What you did to Marine veteran Blake LeRray Beltz is pathetic and getting typical of how VA Hospitals are treating patients. The person who was in charge during the incident should be disciplined and fired. Calling the police on a stage 3 cancer patient?
