North Texas VA is just short of a 5 star rating. It does not take much to lower the rating The outreach clinics are a big help Their police force is a joke in my opinion I have seen them treat people rudely and make snide remarks and even threaten people They rarely enforce the no parking laws. I would understand that if there was no where to park or no way to get to the front door without walking. This hospital is despicable! They have treated my father like trash!! He was here for 16hrs with NO CARE! When I arrived the nurse said she had given him breathing treatments BUT SHE LIED AND IT WAS PROVEN!!! Respiratory said they had no orders! Nurse manager said she couldn't have given the treatment. My Dad had NOTHING IN HIS FILE! Not even the records from the hospital he was transferred from! They ignored him, left him in his own urine, did not do anything until I raised 9 kinds of hell! Have tried to make appt. With Gastro Clinic for 6 months.leave voice mail. They never return calls. Today, Been on hold for patient rep for 15 minutes. Phone still ringing. Why no voice mail.
