It was pleasant all of the staff I came in contact with was very nice I have been going to the va hospital for a long time even when it was in Waco my Dad was a vet and two of my husbands my opinion is since then it had gotten worst, but yesterday I saw a lot of changes for the better.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect and been treated promptly anytime I have had to go to the Dallas VA.that being said I also have to give my PCP at Ft.Worth VA.a thumbs up as well.Also if the VA was not able to get me in yo see one of the VA specialist they srnt me to an outside specialistxand paid for the visits.for example: I needed to see an urologist and at the time the VA urologist was booked up for 2 years do I was sent to an urologist on the outside.wrnt to him for those 2 years until the VA urologist... read more
They do a good job just some times I have to remind them to move with a purpose.
The staff are very nice and helpful. Taking great care of my brother.
2 and half year's ago I went in not up to par. The little doctor that seen me that day saved my life I was having a heart attack and didn't know it. They all did a wonderful job.and still today they are still trying to make me better.I thank them all.
Usually health care is excellent. But the unfortunately scheduling in the eye doctor department is disappointing. Eye doctors have scheduled eye appointments the same time they go to training at UT Southwestern. My husband has a two hour delay as well as other veterans.
