I was evaluated as having severe sleep apnea buy the Dallas VA excellent Sleep Clinic I was there on this day to pick up my CPAP machine I attended an orientation class led by one of the registered nurses the class was excellent the nurse was very good in her instructions and the Machine we were given was very very modern.
They are very helpful and caring about their patience .
I was treated with respect and questions I asked were answered promptly ! Sure there are some everywhere that call it a job and could care less about your treatment , but that can also be in civilian facilities ! Will not complain at all on those who treated me last appt. I believe they are truly trying to improve as best they can ! I appreciate them ! Don't get me wrong , I can get as angry as anyone ! V A used to get bad rap . Been going there for seven years only twice did I think they were not up to par
I have never had a bad experience at the Dallas VA Medical center. All of the staff and doctors have been very friendly and informative to me. They have always walked me through and explained to me my treatment process.
I enjoy going there ever 6 months, I have no problem with the staff. And I have no long waiting periods.
