I just got some stuff done in urology with Ed Hardeman,P.A. Treatment was good and informative. The treatment and services at this facility has vastly improved! I rate it highly and I'm thankful for the care the staff provide!
It was a short waiting time with everyone polite and courteous.
I've always been treated respectfully and usually with a smile. Until yesterday. I entered triage with a knee injury that was causing excruciating pain. The male nurse was rude and unresponsive even though I was being very pleasant. I was in a wheel chair unable to walk. They called my name and I responded that I was there. I was trying to go to triage in a chair that has automatic brakes and requires someone to push you. He offered no help and was obviously angry that it was taking so long to get to him. I think that they need too hire American Nurses that can handle big men and are not lazy with bad attitudes and on facebook all day or night. there are a few diamonds mixed in but over all nursing FAIL!
, this time it was a very short wait to see the doctor how was only there for about an hour I wish all my visits were like that
I was in on June 7 -8 I had one problem not enough food to eat not enough coffee but the nurses and doctors were very kind and helpful
Maybe it is different in other parts of the country, but I've had great care at the VA here in Texas. I should know -- I'm a retired physician.
I have received excellent care at the VA. They have an amazing number of professional and caring staff. One thing they could improve on is providing Wifi. Would make waiting so much less stressful if there was wifi. So many places provide wifi but not Dallas VA. Why?
