The parking situation leaves something to be desired but everything else was outstanding. Nice hospital, friendly staff, I don't know how anyone could ask for more. I like the Dallas VA hospital more than I like most civilian hospitals I've been to.
My primary care doctor practices at the VA HOSPITAL IN Dallas. You couldn't ask for any better. My latest visit was at the sleep center, I have a little sleep apnea thing going on. The tech that took care of me was Floyd. He was very knowledgeable and very personal. They were the best! Thanks out to the personal at the sleep lab.🥇
Excellent staff and very professional and courteous
My primary Dr Najafi, my psychologist Dr Cunningham, and my primary clinical Psychiatrist; are are three best physicians in the Dallas VA Hospital. They all see me on time at my scheduled appointment. I have had other physicians in the past who made me wait hours to be seen. The physicians I have now see me when I check in. I would like to recognize Dr Najafi, Dr Awan & Dr Cunningham for their professionals, courtesy, and for taking such great care of me.

It's nice to see how much the staff of the Diamond team care. You leave a message for your nurse about your prescription and 48hrs later still no call back. I stopped going to MH years ago because the doctor was never there on my appointment days and now the nurse can't call me back. Looks ill be dropping out the program again. I'm sure they wouldn't care
My husband gets great care! I only wish parking was different. I know there are shuttle buses but sometimes you can make the trip walking before a bus comes along to pick you up. I think they need more shuttle buses so waiting would not be so long.
