I had a 7 am appointment at the Pain Clinic and arrived just before 7. After checking in on the kiosk, I was told to have a seat. The receptionist was having a personal conversation with another VA employee. So I sat there. The clinic opened at 7 am and there were no other patients ahead of me. But it still took over 20 minutes before I was called in. Then After seeing the doctor, I was told I needed spinal injections. "Oh, we can't get you in until October 31st, well just make that your clinically indicated date." Thanks, n... read more

My Husband has been comming here for over 10 yrs. Always great service. Wonderful staff. He has had many things done here...Thank You Loma Linda V.A.
Most of the doctors are great. Some are worse than others. The VA has gotten better in the last year.
