So far im doin well here. Inwin to get knee braces from pm&r since August they never have a slot open
Went in with kidney stones and they took care of me perfectly. I love the Loma linda VA
For the most part im happy with the service provided but the wait times can be brutal.
The VA cancelled at the last mini the DAV budding poppy event that they agreed to.
Today I am little disappointed at VA Loma Linda. I am still waiting on my clothing allowance and my mother passed away from cancer yesterday. I have been paying for her mortgage and medical bills as well for months now. I am barely getting by and I could have used VA clothing allowance money to buy a black suit for upcoming funeral. Yet, I had to buy black suit from clearance rack. It's better than nothing, but I could have used that clothing allowance money I am supposed to get it by November 1st. The worst hospital ever. U think they would treat us better half are civilians that seem to hate us!! 5 yrs nd now they have to remove my kidney since they didn't act sooner. That Director nd most staff need replaced. Dr. Cheng ( urology) Dr. Townsend are the only good doctors I have seen. Good way to say thanks for ur freedom!!!
A funny and true story, on Monday 3 October I received the call that my VA Health Benefits where now active, and I could start receiving VA Health Care. I went to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare facility on Wednesday 5 Oct 2016. I went in and did the process for getting my ID card. The VA had set up and appointment for me on 18 Oct 2016 at the Murrettia Facility. Went to Intake, to see what I could do about some Rx prescriptions I would need filled before then. Yesterday 10-7-16 my husband who has a vascular test was treated on time no delay I'm so grateful for giving back d care n compassion nurses r very helpful n we went after that to ophthalmology w/o appt 2 have his eye glasses fix they also accommodate us w/o hustle were so blessed n salisfied d way they treat us I'm so proud of my husband for serving his county with dignity n pride but he got of connected sevivice protecting our homeland but with GOD grace he is ok coz I know VA give all d necessary cure to be well with GOD ... read more
Absolutely horrible, the urgent care is the slowest I have ever seen, theyjust move you from place to place and leave you waiting. Been over an hour already and still in the waiting room. Last time here was over 4 hours of sitting in the hall being forgotten about.
