After a simple operation at the Loma Linda VA, I had a rare side effect because of medical neglect that will affect me for the rest of my life. This will probably lead to a lawsuit. This is a very over rated hospital. Or maybe someone put somebody there up to something there.
This place is a fucking joke with their appointments. Seems like they only work from 9am to 12pm. You know what I'm not a retired vet I have to fucking work. You all need to learn to work around our schedule. You are suppose to be there for us. If I really went to all tyne appointments at the times you wanted I wouldn't have a job. This place is a joke! I don't even know where to start with this place. Poor communication between Doctors and departments. They walk around with their "team" and say they will discuss plan of care. One Doctor will make a decision, then another will go a different direction. Where's the "team planning" on this one? Nobody seems to be reading the patients chart. I would love to complain to somebody but there is no number no Link no info who to speak to... I would stop using the VA but I love my Dr. But the office staff are awful.... Nothing but the run a round and lies they even hang up on you before you get a chance to ask more questions. They are the most uncaring people I have come into contact with!!!!!!!!!

today my step father who has ALS placed in their care because my mother had surgery was made to sit in his waste after he told the nurses that he needed to be changed had to wait until his home care nurse showed up 4 hrs later. explain why this happened? my mother was in tears when he shared this with her his indignity. no one should ever have to suffer such humiliation.
Been waiting over 2 1/2 hours for a urgent surgery appointment in pain and still waiting..
