My Dad has been going to the VA for close to 20 years now. We have had nothing but positive experiences at the VA. From my Dad's PCP to the clinic staff and Hospital staff, you have my family's sincerest admiration. Thank you for all that you do!!
The V A is a terrible place to have to go in a emergency, the ER department was horrible, they allowed my husband to set in the waiting room for over a hour with his blood sugar over 545 Im disappointed in how our Vets are treated
I have been gone to the VA hospital since 1999 I don't always get what I want but I always get what I need I thank everybody for their kind and generous help considering some of us are knuckleheads
In and out in less than 3 hours! They broke a record! Last time was a 9 hour wait. Only 1 rude staff nurse the rest were courteous . Wasn't my nurse that was rude.
I was seen pretty quickly at the New PM &R clinic on Redlands Blvd. Didn't get any help for my knee pain like I was led to believe when the appt was made. It ended up just being a check on how the lubricant they injected into my knees was holding up. I told them when I made the appt that the shots had stopped working. Had to drive all the way down from Barstow to answer questions I could have answered over the phone. I get no travel pay, I have to take time off from work, what does a veteran have to do ??
