Best care given within the VA medical hospitals great staff
My husband is currently on the fourth floor he's getting awesome care no problem with the hospital doctors or nurses my issue is with the social workers case managers nobody wants to do their job my husband's been in 2 rehab facilities since January had pneumonia 5 times and I had to call 911 at both places.. asked the social worker and case manager to move him to the place where I feel he'll get great care.. they won't do it.. they don't have a contract.. he has been there since February 20th and I refused the facility in S... read more
This may be the very best V.A. Hospital and clinics in the U.S. I have never experienced the problems, that I have seen in the news, that others have reported.
My husband has had two surgeries and has had very good care. There was not a long wait for the surgery dates. The staff was very helpful and kind to me!
Few years ago met my now wife and we could only afford a house outside LA, which meant moving my file from Wilshire VA to...Loma Linda. That was 2012 and to this day, have yet to be seen by every clinic.
I took my boyfriend to the E.R. at 8:30am and didn't end up leaving until 5:30pm, never in my life have I sat in a hospital for 9 hours, not even a county hospital, nurses and Dr were great but the waiting and watching people arrive an hour later than u did get called before you was irritating, and yes I know they go by how bad ur condition is but some of them seemed better than my bf.
It's great! Always a humbling experience! Everyone is always friendly and professional. Thank you!
My appt was at 1100....my normal experience has always been you get called 15 mins after appt time. I was called at 1035 to see the Doc. Outstanding is all I can say.
