The whole staff was great and friendly got in fast to our appointment and Mike was well taken care of
The VA at Loma Linda is the best in the country. Staffed by an array of military doctors and specialists. They are the cream of the crop. I have never been more impressed with an Emergeny Room top of the line and Speciality clinics with state of the art equipment. The place is a showcase. The staff is incredible. I had 3 appointments yesterday. All went well and I was satisfied with my care. Thank you for your efforts to continually improve.
Waited over two hours to be seen... When I was finally called back they put me in the hall way to sit in a chair. Dr came over to see me, used her stethoscope to listen to my breathing, said "ok I'm prescribing meds, you're good to go". Seriously? Is this the type of service myself and other veteran deserve? It's a damn shame!
I just transfered there from Long Beach, after 30 years of wonderful service at that facility it was great to see the tradition continued in Loma Linda. From the gentleman at the info desk all the way down to the shuttle driver. Even though they are booked solid everyone took their time explained and counseled without rushing to get to the next person.
