I could not be happier with the service at this facility. Dr. Nguyen is amazing and I am so grateful to be able to go here for all of my healthcare needs. Salute.
What ever happened to not having to wait months to get seen?! I guess that didn't pan out. Also after going there for 3 years they still cant tell me why I am in pain.
the eye dept is terrible. They r rude. U go in to have glasses adjusted and they tell u 45 minutes and u wait and they never call u then u go back up and they tell u oh about another now. Something came up. Or they went to lunch. Three times is enough. Need to get there crap together.
For the first time it was actually an ok experience.
I have used the Loma Linda Va for 20 years. The Dr. And Nurses are the best, As for the people at the front desk. The best (with the exception of a few) would be 2.5 stars. I have always had the best of care. I have even had staff praying for me. Do I have to wait some times? Yes....... So what deal with it. People are busy and things happen. NOW I DO BELIEVE THAT THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONR DESK COULD COME OUT ONCE IN AWHILE AND SAY THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE WAIT. (HINT HINT)
People complain about the VA Healthcare System but I find that it's a lifesaver I don't know where I would be today if I didn't have the VA to help me
The place is really nice and the wait time wasn't very long, I like it much better than the Jerry Pettis facility.
