Pues ahora sí nos atendieron bien pero otras veces se tardan horas y horas y horas pero bueno Hoy estuvo más o menos sí atendieron mejor que otras veces
Great service. I got there early and the doctor took me right in. Only down side is it's confusing getting around and the halls smell a bit
The wait was very long, which we hated. Once we got in, the service was excellant.
The staff at the VA in Loma Linda are incredible. Aside from a rough start; we were supposed to be at Admissions to check in for Surgery at 645am.....however, there was no one working in the office to check us in...there were 40 plus people in the waiting room....(vets plus their drivers). Finally, someone from surgery came looking for us as no one was coming to the surgery unit. They checked us all in lickety split, and it was all smooth running from there. I took x-rays in November and didn't not get results and or call in tell I called almost 4 months later. Doctors don't even look at you when they are asking question. Long , long waits. When I worked there it was ok but had to resigned. They took more than a month to give my salary to the EDD and I'm still waiting on them. They are awful.
Other than the wait time for an appointment it was great. I qualitied for the choice program but you still have to go back to LL the give them the prescription for the glasses so it is useless.
The Drs and nursing staff are fine but the administrative staff, not so much.
