This place is saving my life. That is not an exaggeration, I am in need of a liver transplant and they are doing there best to get me one. The GI liver team have kept me alive by providing me with weekly parenthesis treatments and checking blood tests for me to adjust my meds. The people here put the "care" into healthcare.
PARKING WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE PART OF THE EVENT. I HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR AND HALF AND CIRCLE THE PARKING LOT FOR 35 MIN.... MY FIRST TIME THERE FOR LAB WORK, FLAWLESS MOTIONS THROUGHT, FROM RECEPTION DESK TO THE PROFESSIONAL LADY WHO DREW MY BLOOD.. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR "SERVICE"
Always helpful and kind even if the wait is long for my client. I really hope they find my lost Samsung tablet I accidentally lost Tuesday either on the VA bus #11 or left it in urology or lab. Please.
I visited the Eye Clinic yesterday and was extremely pleased with the service I received. When I called to make my appointment they told me there was a cancellation and offered a slot to me. I was treated very well, seen at my appointment time and made my appointment for next year. The doctor was thorough, professional and provided me with an outstanding exam. The technicians helped me to pick new frames and ordered my glasses which will be mailed to my home. Great customer service from all staff. Well done!
I fell ill while traveling on vacation and went to the emergency room on a Sunday afternoon. The care and treatment I received there and on the 3rd floor SE were beyond my expectations. I'm not sure how they attract so many caring people to work there.
I was totally confused when I got here. I did't have a clue where to go or who to ask about seeing or making an appointment to see my doctor. (Nurse Practitioner).
