Today's visit was a good one. I checked in a half hour early and was taken in 25 minutes early. As far as the results of tests not so great but the doctor was very professional at explaining my options send a follow-up appointment service was good.
I actually had the same success with the same doctor. Where she was a year ago I coulda used her. 14 months ago I actually left the ER after 3hours brought breakfast back, offered to share it with anybody that could find me a doctor. This last time was quick, professional, (regretfully I have had MANY ER visits over the years, we are talking dozens ) and as good as I have ever recieved. I would have given 5 stars but......there's always room to improve. A very positive reflection on the VA and this hospital and the staff.
I have nothing but praise for the staff at Loma Linda VA. Proud to be a U.S. Army veteran. Proud of my VA Hospital.
Because they stuck me 6 times with the needle and then kept rushing me to leave before I was ready
When you have a fever of 102.5 and they make you wait four hours while they admit a non veteran.
Good to have this kind of care the drive is the only problem
Arrived on time and they were on schedule. People were friendly and took care of all my needs.
