Since I had to choose something, given that you don't allow me to message you and ask the questions I want to ask, I chose one star. Do you have optometry services at Loma Linda? How about ENT services? Might someday be living in Barstow and you seem to be closest full service medical center and would want/ both those services. You might get up to five stars depending on if or when you choose to answer (assuming anyone bothers to read this page).
The VA Loma Linda is one of the top 3 VA Hospitals (in my humble opinion). I have been a patient in many and this one is my 2nd best. Excellent Dr.'s and medical technicians/staff.
The place is dirty. My father is in the assistant living and they do not clean. When I visit the nurses are always in the gall laughing and joking around. It seems like a social gathering. We call for a nurse and it took two hours for them to respond. I am so upset. I'm a vet I come to this hospital and I am so upset how we are being treated. I get the Best care at the VA. I have a Wonderful Primary Dr.,the Best, all my health care needs are being tended to so far. Dental is backed up and I love my Dentist, so I think that should be addressed.
