I really don’t like this VA at all. I’ve had at least 4 different doctors over the last 3 years. Each one has no clue what they’re doing with me. I have a severe back condition and all they said is they won’t do surgery to fix it (I actually had to get to an outside doctor to actually get a solution, now I have surgery scheduled with a great surgeon, thankful I got an outside referral). Holy God I Heaven Jesus Christ this hospital is the absolute worst that I've ever tried to work with. I called at 0906, 1205,1430,1540 to try and get my Perscription refilled with absolutely no help at all. I tried to call Patient advocacy and no one helped me, I tried the nurse hot line and no one helped me. Ultamitly no one helped me all day. No one called me back or gave a shit in any way. Thank you VA Loma Linda for reminding why I have not stepped foot in a VA in almost 7 years. I think the government should do a correlative/causation study between obesity, over all worthlessness, and VA employment. I’d start with the “Eligibility Desk” at Loma Linda VA Hospital. You got some real winners!! Side Note: The VA in Murrieta, CA is the ONLY VA office I’ve dealt with that I didn’t leave the office or get off the phone with and think to myself, “Dear baby Jesus those people are oxygen thieves.”

I had left my Beret at the Audiology Department. I had thought I had lost it this time . I get a call from the Department asking if they could send my hat that I had left there. I got it back on Friday the13th . Thank you for making my Friday the 13 a beautiful day.
