Loooooong 6 HR wait in ER, and have no idea when I'll be seen. You can die waiting for help. This is why people get pissed!!!
My husband and I are both veterans and have received excellent care since 1990. From yearly check ups to emergency care, surgeries and oncology follow ups. We are very pleased with their patient care, knowledge and friendly staff.
I want to thank all that took care of me at VA Hospital Loma Linda especially to Dr Bulls team at the SCI clinic I spent One Month in the Hospital for Cellulitus If it wasn't for Sunah Song ACNP-BC or Casey Chung RKT I believe I would have lost my left foot and maybe my leg Sunah new something was wrong and she got me to ER My foot was in bad shape but with the great treatment I received first on fourth floor then third floor then at Community Living on first floor my Cellulitus was taken care of The care of the nurses and D... read more

The care my father received in the GI department yesterday was amazing. Wish I could say the same for the hospital, it's really gone downhill over the last few years. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a week and I was there all day so I used a few of them, some of the staff seem very lazy, unhappy and unfriendly. The pond for the Ducks was in horrible condition too. I've been here with my dad hundreds of times over the years and it's sad to watch it decline like this.
