Saturday ER Jean and Tommy are amazing. They always take care of patients quick fast and with the kindest personalities.
This place will kill your loved ones!!! Check and recheck all of the things they do. They have misses pulmonary edema and sent him home. They have given him medicine he is allergecy to, even though it is on his chart 3 times!!! Do not trust them!!! Checking and rechecking is worth your loved ones life!!!
I was treated pretty badly until I was an in-patient, then you get treated like royalty. My nurse caught some skincancer on the top of my head, I'm very lucky.
some nurses on the second floor made you not want to come in and finish your claim. I mean they are there to help.. not make you feel bad. I mean we are veterans and should not be treated that way.
My first time to the Loma Linda VA hospital with my husband. The only positive thing I really can say about the place is they had a nice waiting area and the bathrooms we're really clean. So many people waiting to be seen and never got seen. It's no wonder why people walk out and get frustrated with their system. We just wanted to get a ID and put in a claim.
