My father in law was there last night and he fracture his leg and they tried to get him on crutches he almost fell and they sit there and laugh at him
I just want to know who thought putting the Emergency room check-in and waiting area right across the hallway from the Cardiology check-in and waiting area was a good idea............ (other than that am very happy with the care and treatment the Vets receive)
Only bring your loved one here if you want them to die! It disgusts me to see how these veterans are treated. Murderers get better care.
Had appts.rescheduled 3 time drove 70 miles one way only to wait for almost 2 hrs with no response from doctor how long more. Had to leave for another appt. tried to reschedule again with no response. Ran out of prescription. Guess head for emergency if no reply & response. Costing me more in gas than appt. No reimbursement for travel on top of it.
