I passed out in their ER lobby and they blamed me. Not the pain or the fact that I told them I was feeling faint. They didn’t even take vitals. Told advocate. Department was supposed to set up a meeting and never did.
The cafeteria sucked!!!!! The lady at the counter ignored both my husband and I until another guest stopped talking to her so that she could pay attention to us... when I asked her about the messy salad station she took her sweet time to replenish so that I could make a salad.... I saw that she really was not interested in me having what I asked for so I put the tray down and left.... I was disappointed because I didn’t have any breakfast and really wanted something to eat....
I have been seen at Loma Linda since 2001. Outpatient and Inpatient care over the years. I have no complaints. I have been under care with 3 different providers. My care has been their concern.
I have always had good experiences there. People are friendly and wait times are short. But what is great about the staff that I have never experience at any other hospital is that they just don't treat the symptoms. They actually go the extra mile and identify the cause and fix it. 😁
