I love this hospital. I have personally never had a bad experience in 21 years, with any department. Sure sometimes it is slow going, but we all need to be seen. I am sure staff members are stressed at times. They have a lot to deal with, especially angry veterans. But they are always happy to see me. Being a pleasant person can go a long ways. Remember you are the patient, so practice being patient.

VA hospital is the worst place. Horrible service for people that have served our country. Waited 8 hours to be seen. Sad when even staff was complaining they don’t have enough help.
Every time My Husband has needed care at the VA, we go to Loma Linda. The nurses and Doctors truly care about the patients. The VA Loma Linda has helped keep my Husband a;live, he has been dealing with Bladder Cancer for ten years. Thanks so much to all.
Friendly staff and a genuine willingness to assist veterans. Although I work here, I am also a veteran receiving services here at VA Loma Linda and I recommend all veterans to come here for assistance and meeting with other veterans within our geographical area.
