5 hours waiting in urgent care for debilitating back pain with history and they give an anti-inflammatory injection. Not even checking to see what's causing it or trying to send me for any imaging. All the employees seemed like they were bothered that patients came in at night with problems and that it's ok to make them wait for hours on end because they have to be there too.
I have never contacted an agency that is so unresponsive and rude to their patients. I have been trying to teach someone in the prosthetic dept since January. He has ignored both voice and email messages from me and the PVA. I have been told by another employee they don't return peer calls either!
I have been waiting nearly a month for my travel pay. After 2 days of calls and messages I still have no more information. When I call travel they tell me wait longer. They do not care about anyone but themselves and it feels as though they are trying to steal my money. They need to learn to pick up a phone.
THIS POST IS ABOUT THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE LOMA LINDA VA HOSPITAL This was my experience today in the ER room: I had a lump on my groin that I have kept a close eye on because I have had a bacterial infection called "MRSA" while enlisted in the army. Been to several VA Hospital across the country and have never been so disappointed. Have been waiting in ER for 5 hours with my family and a jentleman next to me has been here different 12 hours ?
Womens health team are great. However ive been waiting on my disability to be turned in to california since october 20th. I lost my apartment because these people do not call back or process paperwork.
What can we volunteer to help out with? We live in the area of Loma linda,and would like to help out,somehow
This place gives you the run around. I was told I had to wait 3 months to see a doc. The ER is a complete disaster. The staff is rude to the Vets and don't care about you.
UPDATE: 8 HOURS. 8 HOURS! And I have still not seen a doctor. Are you kidding me?!?! You guys need to pull your staff and figure out what is going on. This is ridiculous. 6 hours. 6 freaking hours for you guys to call 2 people back. Are you serious. Whoever is managing this place needs to be replaced. This is the worst service I've ever had here. Some people do have to work and have another life. But no your staff today deff made sure to take their time...
