I’ve had 3 appointments since January 8th and haven’t received payment and everytime I call travel pay they give the same “we’re backed up til December” line. I’ve called at end of last month and today and got the same exact answer twice.
Thanks to all the Doctors, Staff and support personnel for all you did before during and after my heart surgery. I am here today because of your professionalism, care and skill. Thanks from myself and my family

Been trying to call for the last freaking hour,no one will answer the freaking phone.. Could you people answer the phone..
I was treated like I was in the express checkout at a convenient store. Yellow team. Low number blood pressure was 105. They said nothing. I was told prior that I have MRSA. Doctor joked about it. I was asked about my pain number. I asked what part of my body? She wrote 0. SMH
