You have a serious parking problem, and you know it. You need to establish a park-and-ride service. Have shuttles, and get your VA cops off their butts to provide security.

The drastic change from weekday ED care to weekend ED care is alarming!! During the week Care and attentiveness was amazing. The weekend was very subpar. Rude, forgetful, and disingenuous dr and nurses!
I have always had positive experiences at this facility. The parking is bad but they are working on it

Awful crowded lots of VETERANS that need help in many ways
More parking is needed. First visit went ok. Most of staff was nice and understanding seeing I had to bring my kids. Dr was very kind and know what he was talking about. Now the problems after appointment Travil which stated I'd get paid for the 180 mil round trip said a week tops to get paid. Called back to check on it told two mouths behind wtf asked for sup. Spoke with him said he fast tracked it and now it was in the cash department which could take at least a week. Tried to call to get direct reply from them and all it ... read more
