The best staff in the world. I had a LVAD and heart transplant surgery in this hospital. I'm 2 1/2 years Post-op. God bless the staff and my donor's family.

Long wait times for appts and horrible parking all the time
I recently visited the ER because of chronic, severe pain in my feet. Because of the ridiculous parking, I had to park in the back. Barely able to walk, I dragged myself past several employees who saw me struggling and didn't give a damn. I got to the wheelchairs, which have been replaced with ones that require someone to push - tiny wheels that can't be self operated. AWFUL experience here today. Waited in line at the lab for over 30 minutes. The line was out of the door, down a hall and wrapped around to another hall!!!! One employee sat at a window at the computer and NEVER helped one veteran the entire time he sat there!!!!! I personally saw three other employees just standing around....doing nothing!!! Once we got to the ONE window that was opened, we then had to wait another 30 Plus minutes because only three stations were opened. What a disgraceful way to serve the veterans who serv... read more
