Recommendedparking is a night mare. other than that I love going there. everyone is polite and Care about there patience. they have kept me alive for the past 10 years. all the stuff I see on TV pissed me off. Thanks VA
Great Spinal Cord Injury unit! I have been coming here since '04. They have one of the best SCI rehab units on the east coast
I made my first visit to the McGuire VA Hospital in Richmond today. Once I got past the horrendous parking situation, I was greatly impressed with the facility and the staff. The facility is clean and well-organized despite its massive real estate. And I could not have asked for nicer staff and doctor in the Compensation and Pension department and in travel reimbursement. Thank you, all!
I had an appointment on June 28th. I saw Dr. Chong. I told her that my symptoms was going on 3 weeks which were a level of 10 pain in my upper arm, numbness in the rest of my arm and tingling in all my fingers. I told her it started in my neck and now in my shoulder. I was a Housekeeping Supervisor now retired and got sick at work and went to the ER and they admitted me to 4C which i got the best of care. This happen about sever years ago and i never service our country.
I’ve been very fortunate in the care that I receive At the Richmond VA Medical Center. The folks at the Dermatology clinic are always very nice, even when they are freezing parts of my body off Lol!! In particular, Dr. Deborah Caruso and Doctor Maria Glazier are top notch and always go out of their way to offer good suggestions for improving my health. I have only ever had the most negative experiences at the McGuire VA. I'd rather be treated by a serial killer than the Richmond VA.
