This center actively test, abuses, and kills dogs. How can we possibly support this?! They are monsters.
RecommendedMost experiences thus far have been fairly good with few hiccups. Lady answering phone today at Yellow Clinic seemed inconvenienced that I had a question. Sounded like she was eating when talking and got loud and started to berate me when I couldn't understand what she was telling me and Dr. told me in July were different. Most of my other experiences have been good so far, maybe she was just having a bad day and wanted to share with others.
Don’t support places that test on animals! They slaughter dogs in the name of “research”. They are barbarians! Choose another facility and make them close their doors if they don’t stop!
Not until you stop experimenting on dogs. Please stop. Other cities are doing the humane thing. Step up to the plate. Life is life is life.
Parking sucks. You have to go 2+ hours early to find parking or use valet. Valet is slow. Also, my doctor always ask if I want a flu shot or other shots and even after I decline, he will ask 2 or 3 more times. Other than that, I don’t necessarily dislike the VA Hospital. I just wish the employees can use employee parking and not patient parking. I see then use it all the time. And I wish the doctors would stop pushing things on us when we decline them.

I have received great care while being assigned to the Richmond VAMC. I recently had an appointment with Pain Management. Dr Wong and her team were great!!! The nurse who took my vitals set the stage for a comfortable encounter and Dr Wong followed up with her welcoming and caring presentation. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and gave me all the information I needed. Dr Stefanik has been my provider for four years and he’s always responsive and available. When the director sends a response to a Congressman about the treatment of a veteran, the director needs to be willing to discuss that response with the veteran. Not refuse to discuss the outright lies that were passed to the Congressman.
