Emergency room staff, especially the doctors in ER was absolutely rude every time i had to go to ER. They’re not willing to hear your issues and try to hurry you up. They didn’t go into details about my labs, X-ray or my condition. They just give you meds (that don’t work majority of the time) and send you on your way. Just a horrible experience EVERYTIME I go to the ER there.

This place should be shut down. They don't care about your privacy nor your personal medical records. Dr. Richard (Dick) Browne broke the law and shated HIPPA protected information with people he socializes with. He should be banned for breaking my trust and running around talking about personal medical information. This place doesn't care about HIPPA and I won't come back nor should anyone else.
I have been very pleased with the doctors and service I have received here.
Convenant & always make sure you have absolutely complete information concerning your condition. Ask for the truth make sure you understand what's being said & prescribed.
I was a patient there in 2006-The care was wonderful. I still go to that VA. In fact this VA is why my wife & I decided to retire in Virginia instead of SC which had been our plan until I was injured and needed medical care-I would recommend this VA...
Great care givers at every step - from signing in, to being discharged!
I went to Dr. Richard Browne. He LIED to me. He broke HIPPA confidentialy privacy and went around telling people about what i shared with him. He is a fraud. He shouldn't be authorized to practice medicine in Virginia or anywhere for that matter.
