Terrible. They have failed my father in more ways than one. They should not be considered a veterans hospital.
Typical of the VA. 800mg motrin doesn’t fix everything. You can’t just throw meds at people to fix real issues. Not only this, they never call you back with test results. Even when you call numerous times a day looking for answers, they still don’t call. No one has answers and the patient advocates don’t answer their phones. Yeah, real efficient.

I have been a patient since 2007, and I have always received excellent care, . Both the medical and administrative personnel l have all been friendly, courteous and competent.
NOT TODAY. For the 2nd time, they have wasted an inordinate of my time. Today’s was a 10 am appointment, checked in 23 minutes early and at 11:25 I checked because I had not been seen. Unacceptable that the pharmacy did not provide the clinic the necessary vaccine in a timely manner.... really poor service to this vet.
Why does the social media team censor the reviews so much? All I did was tell Lombardo (the former acting director) that I am glad the situation with Westry was swept under the rug and he had the chance to move on. Next thing I know Lombardo's whole review was deleted. Not very transparent for a government facility.
I recommend getting some police to help direct traffic when closing time comes because people (this lady in particular "Ms Trel") struggle getting to the red light fast enough every day at 1530!...video in comment section
Automated phone system says that you can pick up your records beginning at 8am, the ROI office doesn’t open until 9am..i waited over 30 minutes just for it to open. I haven’t had any other bad experiences since coming here over 2 years ago. Of course, PARKING is HORRENDOUS...so cone early! The automated RX line is great..easy & home delivery is quick & accurate.
