Before it turned into mostly doctors offices it was a great hospital. I enjoyed my work there and made a bundle of friends in the nursing field and many patient families, some of whom still have contact with
Thay are good to me when you come you know you will have to wate thay have a lot of vets to take care of
Every single time we come here the staff is rude and what is supposed to be a quick appointment turns into an all day fiasco. Parking is beyond ridiculous and your staff is unkind and uncaring. Almost everyone here should be fired and start over with people who actually give a dam about veterans!
While I was in patient, I had several tests scheduled throughout the hospital. One was an MRI in the middle of the night. I asked the nurse how I was to go down there. She told me to just walk on down. So I'm walking down this empty hallway in my gown and cool hospital socks. Thankfully I didn't get too dizzy. My other test were the same. Walking around the hospital like a lost crazy person. It's always been my experience, in other hospitals, that I get wheeled around. Even if I don't want to.
Thank God for my job everyday in the parking will get better would be worse if they were not building a parking deck thank God for the parking deck is coming up very nice have not had any accidents Forest employees thank God for that give those guys heads up they're doing all they can do to get it up fast we can't complain about everything in life some things just take time�
Called Thursday to set up eye exam, lady handed phone to optometrist who asked me when I can come in at my convenience, Monday at 7:30am. Took 10 minutes. At 8, took 5 minutes to pick out frames. I had off from work till 9:30, so I went by Red clinic to schedule having my feet looked at. Actually saw the doctor, who scheduled x-ray an podiatry and back to work. This is better service than ever.
