They are very friendly when telling you the doctor is not there after letting you sit in the waiting room for 45 minuets. The veterans tmie is not important to them. You seem to be a burden for them and they forget that the veteran is why they have a job and is their customer. If I treated my customers this way I would be looking for a job.
