Completely inept. Now requiring you to arrive 30 minutes prior only to see you 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. They're not allowing assistance workers or spouses inside because they still after 10 months haven't figured out how to safely operate under Covid-19. No other office seems to be denying spouses and caregivers entry. If you can get signed up for seeing non-VA doctors then I highly recommend it because this clinic is a 3-Ring Circus that's not remotely entertaining!

Used to be such a kool place to gather with fellow veterans. Some great Drs and some only fair. Better treatment seems to be given to officers as opposed to enlisted. Some new LPNs and techs can be quite rude and disrespectful to vets. Maybe when the new facility is build, new leadership will arrive and fix this mess..............
Doctors to be on time, not 1-2 hours late
Excellent service, doctors and equipment. The hot biscuits are good too.
My father, a WWII veteran, just got a new pair of hearing aids and he is delighted! I am impressed with the care and attention my dad received, and everyone who came in contact with him was friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I consider the Chattanooga VA to be outstanding in the service it provides.

I can’t say enough good things about the physicians and staff at our local VA clinic. It seems the VA as a whole only gets negative reviews and press. That just isn’t the case here in Chattanooga. Wait times are reasonable and the care outstanding. Thank you for all you do to care for our Vets and especially my Marine.
