We are blessed to have the Great people working at this clinic. They are all friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. So glad we don't have the problems others have. Wish they had more capabilities so we did not have to go to Murfreesboro so much.
I have been going to y he Chattanooga VA clinic for almost three years now. I have never had better health care than I get at the VA. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. Waite time is minimal probably within 5 minutes or less.
I think the Chattanooga VA does an excellent job. People don't understand that the VA system can only do what they have the resources to do. If you want to see some real changes, contact your congressman or representative office and see how they cut funding but vote to increase their own pay.
Been waiting five months to see a surgeon. Waiting six months for glasses. Do I need to continue?
The clinic is always there when I need it. They take care of all my medical needs. The doctors are fabulous. Also the nurses and aides are awesome. I trust them very much.
Good place. Good people. All part of the Tennessee Valley VA Medical System where I have gotten and still get Outstanding Care.
I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I love the nurses in the INR section always upbeat and actually show concern that i take my medication correctly.
