I purchased a suv from this location on March 10,2023. We I start noticing problems I reached out to my sales guy whom was ******. He was no use and barely responded.My car is jumping, jerking and now the check engine light has come on and i was forced to pull over on the interstate. I called the warranty department which i have the extended coverage to have my car repair which they are not honoring at all. My Boyfriend had purchased a vehicle from Us Auto Sales Not Even a month a ago , not even a week later his engine light came on ,called US Auto Sales and advise On The Issue US Auto Sales advised to take to pep boys lets remind you he have warranty on his vehicle . Took it to pep boys over the weekend and they advise on the issue, received a call on Monday saying US Auto Sales Denied His Claim with No Reason Given . was given the number to call corporate and i been given the run around being hung up on like this is not good ... read more

My car needs repairs done covered by my extended warranty I purchased with US AUTO SALES. I was told my claim will remain in pending status and I will have to pay out of pocket from ****. No one at us auto can help they expect me to pay a car loan thats including the extended warranty monthly payments on a vehicle that is not safe to drive no one seems to have any answers I truly regret getting a car from them

*******, I went in letting them know my situation in needing a car on 4/15/2023 at this time I did not have many options , but due to my concerns with the selection I chose was told I could come back , they will be getting more cars in and I could switch for something else. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company! I have been paying on this vehicle for 4 years and still over $16,000 it is a rip off and unfair to people who is already struggling to get back on there feet from the pandemic o we are going threw an inflation . The 39 dealerships are closed all consumers should be released from their loans. They say they are helping but they are trapping people in loans for there own personal gain

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a vehicle on April 13,2023. Two days later my car starts running hot. I call and take it to pep boys. They said it was the thermostat (it wasnt) then they called me the next day to say they dont service them because they havent been paid Im two years. So after hours of playing the phone game I still dont have any clear answers as to what the next step is going to be since I had to pay for my water pump and another real mechanic to put it on for me. I got all my receipts.

Hello I bought a vehicle with *** auto sales for ****** which is a 2015 ***** Trax with a mileage at around 120k on purchase. I paid almost 4k for a warranty on my vehicle that is no longer valid , all because they went out of business. This is not so to my negligence and would like to return the vehicle. Not only did I pay double for a car in price but I was promised a 3 year contract of coverage for repairs. I encourage you NOT to buy a car from US Auto Sales!!!!! I had my car only a month and im already having problems. I reached out to the shop they use and was told they cant help me because there is a hold on anything coming from US Auto Sales. I went by there to attempt to ask them , why the shop wont fix my car, I only had it a month. But US Auto now has a sign on their door stating they are temporarily closed and working to re-open. Now I must make payments on a car that , I cant even drive. Worse experience ever!

I have been trying to get answers for over a week and cannot even get anyone to answer a phone call. I went in to the ******* in City location of the Bristol Highway on April 17th to purchase a car. There was some issues where I had to get a new title for my current vehicle and they told me if I put 500 down on the car looked at that they would save it for me.
