I brought a car in March 2021. The company closed sometime in May. I was not informed on when and why they was closing and did not tell me where to pay my payment. I bought a 2015 Prius C from US Auto Sales on May 26, 2023. It ran fine, but I decided to have the car checked out by a ****** dealership on May 30, 2023. The car had been in an accident, which was not reported to the previous driver's insurance carrier. In addition, the Timing Cover Gasket needs to be replaced. Hello to all who are reading the post and to the ones who have posted. Us Auto Sales has transferred our loan to a new company. *****************************************************************
I bought a car from US Auto back in February 2023 and was strong-armed into purchasing a 3 year warranty through them. Today I found out the US Auto sold my loan and the new loan company is not honoring the warranty. I have tried to get into contact to see about the warranty and was told there is nothing that can be done because the loan was sold. Very upset that I agreed to pay more for a warranty for 3 years and now Im paying for something that I am unable to use if needed.
I bought a car from them less than a year ago and within the first month it need 4 tires, a catalytic converter, and a battery (2nd day). Not too long after it needed intake manifold, turbo, valve cover, crank seal and eventually a new engine. They replaced the messed up engine they gave me with another messed up one and denied the engine from the repair shop , causing the engine light to come back on not even a month later.
