Not going to contiue the soap box because my experiences are just as all the recent customer reviews..I have been a customer for years & paid my bills on time..some one always told me "when you get close to your last payment watch it mess up" & that's exactly what it did $800 until pay off and the car cut off while driving..I've tried calling numerous times and can't find a number to talk to an agent with no luck but they can call me multiple times with a voice recording when I decided to lay off on a payment In hopes of tal... read more
DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a car from them in March. Its May and its been non stop issues. Ive had two repairs done by *****************. Now the car is running hot and the warranty company is telling me *** Auto did not pay my service contract for the warranty. Im basically paying for a warranty that Im not getting. When I called them they told me they cant help me, to pay for repairs out of pocket until they get the issue resolved. But Im still expected to pay for the warranty contract. WTF ..
I bought a used car from them in October of 2021 . Less than 1 month later I was sitting at a red light and out of the vents the dust and everything from the air bags came blowing out. I couldnt breathe had to get out of car at intersection until it cleared out. The police were behind me and helped. I had hit nothing and they notated it. The air bags them selves did not deploy just the air and dust came through all vents . Police said it was unsafe to drive and had to have it towed . After having my vehicle only 8 months my transmission has went out, I purchased a warranty and since the company is closed the warranty will not be honored. I do not have 3k plus other fees to have this fix. Contacting the company has been a hassle no help and complete run around. I have literally paid almost 5k in car note payments and I'm sure this will be on my credit this is a complete mess and I am not happy about this. I recently purchased a vehicle from US auto sales back in December 2022 and upon purchasing my vehicle I received a interest rates of doubled the amount of the normal interest rate on my vehicle I purchased this vehicle out of good faith from US auto sales because I am from ******* and I was living in Georgia at the time, I was told that I had a higher interest rate because I had a ******* drivers license and I had to have a ********************** drivers license for those fees to go away. I purchased my car April 11th. Worst mistake I ever made! My check engine light came on literally the following week. So I called the warranty number to set up an appointment only to be told that they couldnt help me because US AUTO had not paid for my warranty. My passenger mirror fell out, the car shakes really bad on the highway once I reach 75mph, the car was nasty (dirty) inside and out when I purchased the car, and it drinks gas like no other, and my tags expire today. I have a 2015 **** Taurus with them with warranty and Gap and now they closed down and so we paid all this money for these services and to be told US Auto Sales didnt pay the warranties or GAP. They screwed a lot of customers over on these cars. The car is in my husbands name *****************.
Worst car company ever. Im GLAD they are out of jobs.Hopefully they will struggle paying bills like the we the customers are struggling to fix lemons and pay ridiculous car notes. I tried to return my car after DAY ONE and was given the run around then forced to keep it when the time period for that option ran out. My car now has NO A/c and I live in *******. I hope the loan company goes out of business too. Any other servicer would be better
