I will not add a star to the review. I bought my vehichle from US Auto Sales and they told me you can keep it a year and bring it back and trade in for a newer vehichle and will strt your payments right where you left off. What a dummy I should have known better. They also charged me for a warranty for ******** miles now its null and void. I have had lots of work including breaks and tires light were too cloudy and its seems the payments not moving and now the new people Westlake is just taking money as well. In October 2023 I brought a 2014 ***** equinox from US auto sales. I was given a warranty with an extension . Not even three months down the line, I start having trouble with the car shutting off. call the *************** several times, everything that was going on with the car was never covered. This company is a fraud! I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and it drove good for about two weeks then when I contacted them they said it was out of warranty due to the mileage I had put on it by then. I told them that I would seek legal action and they paid a partial amount while still charging me a $500 deductible! Then the repair shop- *** Boys drained my oil and did a temporary fix to the catalytic converter that only lasted two weeks! I am filing law suits against both companies! I got my car in July of 2022. I've been having issues with it ever since. I tried to trade it in but nobody would do a trade in because to my surprise, the vehicle I had purchased for $23,000 was only worth $5,000. Warranty put a new engine in the car about 3 weeks ago and I'm still having the same issue with the vehicle, which is violently shakes when I come to a stop. They also replaced the timing chain.. I BOUGHT MY CAR ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2021,I DID'NT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ,NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, UNTIL A FEW MONTHS AGO THE COMPANY CLOSED, I WAS TOLD TO CONTINUE TO MAKE PAYMENTS USAUTO REPAY SYSTEM,BUT ON YESTERDAY TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT,THE SYSTEM WOULD'NT LET ME, IT DIRECTED ME TO *******************,A COMPANY I NEVER HEARD OF,I NEVER RECIEVE A LETTER ON THEM CLOSING DOWN ,I WOULD LIKE TOO KNOW WHO DO IMAKE MY CAR PAYMENTS TO. I went in and picked out a specific vehicle, and put down half of my down-payment and was told they had to go pick it up from another dealership; so to come back the following day... I came back the next day and the vehicle was there however it was dirty inside and out and the tires was old and flat... I told car salesmen I was displeased and no longer wanted that vehicle.. I brought a car with USAuto sales on 1/2/2023. They allow so many miles and 3 days to return the vehicle if youre not satisfied. My 2014 ***** Malibu auto stop/start does not function properly which caused me to nearly be hit on the rear by an 18 *******. I have to turn the car completely off then restart it. I took the car back within the 3 days and asked to be put into another vehicle and was told that I had to get it repaired first, however thats not what the contract states. Purchased vehicle from US Auto in January 2023. Paid additional, as required for the purchase of the vehicle, to obtain a warranty. Fast forward to now, issues with break line and no one to knowledge the warranty. Loan are now serviced by ****************** in **********. Representative tells me there is no warranty and I'm responsible to getting car repaired. The entire process is so shady I'm very unhappy and disappointed with the entire process.
