If I could rate them zero I would. I have been asking the manager *************************** of this location to replace my car before they closed. My car had a check engine light on less than 30 days after buying the vehicle. He proceeded to tell me to contact the warranty department who also refused to pay the $674 repair!! What a horrible company they should be ashamed of themselves. My husband and I purchased a van (*****) from Us Auto in Jan/2022 and it has broke down 5 times and the 5th time is the straw that broke the camel's back. My children and I were on the highway and the cr broke down. It was hard to pull over because SEMI Trucks were whizzing by and the car was stuck. Awful, just Awful. They should absolutely remained closed. It's so disheartening that people can knowingly take advantage of already disadvantaged individuals!

*** auto sales, yes, Good place to get a car if you have poor credit however they have mastered taking advantage of people for this reason with their interest. Buy a car worth 9k and end up owing at least 21k out the door. Yes, they help get a person in a car despite credit struggles however you will end up paying dearly for it. Crooks.

I brought my car from here August of last year. Since then the wheel bearing need to be replaced. There's a leak in the power steering. I have to put power steering fluid in my car twice, sometime three times a day. I asked them if I could trade it in and they told me that I have to have paid my car down to at leat ******. My car isn't even going to last that l long.

Ive had my vehicle for two years now. The company cracked the windshield while transporting my vehicle. When I took it to ***** they stated they received no response from the insurance. I contacted the company and they said theyd resolve it two years ago. Windshield is still cracked. Engine light came on after 7 months. Tire sensor became faulty after 1 yr.

I purchased my vehicle on March 30. The next day my check engine light came on. I messaged my salesman he said it was covered to call the service department. I called the service department got a claim number then proceeded to go to pep boys which does all of their work. After getting a quote of nearly **** to have car fixed and no word after two weeks. I called the warranty company. I then found out that my vehicle would not be fixed because they didn't receive payment from US Auto sales to cover the warranty. So my car has... read more

Need answers I bought my car from US Auto Sales back in September told me I had extended warranty and gap insurance on my car. The computer in my car is gone out. I called the US auto sales customer service number they tell me warrantee is not being offered you have to pay out-of-pocket, this is ridiculous. Why am I making a monthly car payment but I cant get nothing fixed on my car theres got to be something done we cannot be left upside down with these cars and the repairs left on. This is the worst car company ever!!! They are out of business no one should still be having to pay a car payment for these cars when they arent trying to fix repairs that they knew was already there before giving people these cars. No one should have to come out of pocket for these repairs at all. I have had my car since December of last year and they had my fuel line taped together I had to get a new engine out in my car theres no way all this should be going on with these cars when people havent had them that long.
